Over the course of my practice of law, I have handled cases both in and out of court. Although litigation is an aggressive way to seek an end to your family law case, it is not always right in every situation. Many clients can benefit from utilizing a form of alternative dispute resolution. In fact, I often encourage clients to participate, alongside me, in a four-way settlement conference with the opposing party and his or her lawyer. This is a cost-effective, efficient, and cooperative way to respectfully reach a resolution that suits everyone's best interests. I also assist clients in handling cases through mediation.​
